Sophie Barth is a performing artist, producer and theatre director based in Oslo, Norway. Her work is mainly based around physical theatre, and spanning between performance art and theatre. She has for the last two years been exploring the drag aesthetic, and on the journey she paired up with actress Anja Bibby. Together they have created the duo Bibby & Barth where they focus on combining drag with physical theatre. Our upcoming project "The Weird Sisters" is currently in its early stages. We hope that by doing small stunts and videos that we might tap into our material in a time where it is difficult to rehearse for a show. This film "Happy Birday, Sister" is a first step in opening up the world of the weird sisters to an audience.
